The shuttle service was QUITE handy. It made getting to and from the airport simple. The staff was helpful, especially the concierge team. They gave me good directions.
The hotel food felt expensive. The quality was not good. i ordered wanton noodles, but they were not tasty. The bathroom felt old.

The hotel is very close to the airport and also the congress center. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. Its huge variety is rare. the shuttle service to the metro and citygate outlet was convenient.
i noticed there were limited restaurant options around the hotel. i hope they will improve the choices.

The hotel is very close to the airport. This was a definite advantage. i found the free shuttle service very efficient and convenient. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! so many choices were available.
The air ventilation in the room was not very good. i felt there wasn't enough fresh air available. i could hear noise from other rooms. This was quite disturbing during the night. the water policy seems odd. They only offer four small bottles of water, and then you have to pay.

slow check-insoft pillows
the check-in process was slow, only one person was at the counter when a queue formed. i waited a long time for my turn. additionally, the pillows were too soft for my preference. i prefer firmer pillows for better support during sleep.
